The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, was in Tripoli, Libya, today, together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, and the Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosi, for an Italian Government mission in the North African country. During the visit, President Meloni met with the Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid al-Dabaiba, with whom she issued statements to the press. A signing ceremony was then held for the agreements between Italy and Libya regarding cooperation, energy and migration flows. President Meloni later had a bilateral meeting with the President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, Mohammed Yunis Ahmed Al-Menfi.
