‘Golden power’ for Pirelli: green light from the Government with provisions to protect strategic asset
During the Council of Ministers meeting on 15 June 2023, as per the proposal by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, the Government ordered for the special ‘golden power’ to be exercised for the transaction subject to notification by China National Tire and Rubber Corporation, Ltd., regarding the shareholders’ agreement on the governance of the company Pirelli & C. S.p.A.

Adottati i decreti del Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri di assegnazione della quota dell’otto per mille dell’IRPEF a diretta gestione statale per l’anno 2021 relativi alle seguenti categorie di intervento: “Assistenza ai rifugiati e ai minori stranieri non accompagnati”, “Calamità naturali”, “Conservazione dei beni culturali” e “Fame nel mondo”.

A seguito della scomparsa del Sen. Silvio Berlusconi, già Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, è stata disposta, dal 12 al 14 giugno 2023, l'esposizione a mezz'asta delle bandiere nazionale ed europea sugli edifici pubblici dell'intero territorio nazionale e sulle sedi delle rappresentanze diplomatiche e consolari italiane all'estero.
Il 14 giugno 2023, giornata di celebrazione delle esequie di Stato, è dichiarato lutto nazionale.

President Meloni in Tunis with President von der Leyen and Prime Minister Rutte
The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, visited Tunis today, together with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte.
The three leaders met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tunisia, Najla Bouden, and, later, with the President of the Republic of Tunisia, Kais Saied. Following their meeting with President Saied, they issued statements to the press.
