President Meloni meets with trade union organisations ahead of Council of Ministers meeting on 1 May

President of the Council of Ministers Giorgia Meloni met today at Palazzo Chigi with the most representative trade union organisations at national level, with regard to the measures on taxation, labour and social policies that will be examined during the Council of Ministers meeting on Monday 1 May.
During the first meeting, discussions were held with representatives of the trade unions Cgil, Cisl, Uil and Ugl. The second meeting was attended by trade union organisations Confsal, Cisal, Confintesa, Confedir and Cida.

Alongside President Meloni, the meetings were attended by Minister of Economy and Finance Giancarlo Giorgetti, Minister of Labour and Social Policies Marina Calderone, Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Alfredo Mantovano and Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Giovanbattista Fazzolari.
