The Presidency of the Council of Ministers, following the news that the Rome civil appeal court has sentenced it to pay TIM Group approximately EUR 528 million in compensation, plus interest, an inflation adjustment and the costs of the proceedings, states that it will file an appeal with the Court of Cassation asking for a suspension of said ruling’s enforcement.
