President Meloni’s statement on leadership appointments in Eni, Enel, Leonardo and Poste italiane

“The leadership appointments in Eni, Enel, Leonardo and Poste italiane [state-controlled companies] are the result of a careful process to assess competencies and not affiliations. This is an excellent result of the Government’s teamwork. I thank those who have passionately served Italy in these companies, and I wish the incoming directors all the best with their work. Their job is to achieve robust and lasting results in the interest of the nation they represent worldwide”.
