I dati Istat diffusi oggi e relativi al terzo trimestre 2024 confermano il buon andamento del mercato del lavoro. Cresce ancora il tasso di occupazione, che sale al 62,4%, e prosegue la riduzione del tasso di disoccupazione, che si attesta al 6,1%, con una diminuzione di 0,6% rispetto al trimestre precedente. Sono dati che rappresentano un segnale molto incoraggiante. Sostenere le imprese che creano occupazione e ricchezza è la strada che abbiamo intrapreso e che continueremo a percorrere, perché è quella giusta per far tornare l’Italia a correre e ad essere competitiva.

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, had a telephone conversation today with the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau. President Meloni offered her best wishes to Prime Minister Trudeau ahead of the handover of the G7 Presidency between Italy and Canada at the end of the year. During the call, President Meloni highlighted the main results achieved by the Italian Presidency and, in view of the agenda being defined for the next G7 Summit, shared the importance of ensuring full continuity also with regard to the issues of Africa and the Mediterranean, in addition to the key priorities of the Canadian Presidency as outlined by Prime Minister Trudeau.
