The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, met today with the President of the European Council, António Costa, at Palazzo Chigi.
The meeting focused on preparations for the international summits scheduled over the coming weeks and, in particular, June’s European Council meeting.
In this context, the main issues on the international agenda were discussed, starting with Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as those on the European agenda, with a focus on security and defence, competitiveness, transatlantic relations and migration.
